Eric Osei wins State Meet
Eric Osei wins the Class Meet, breaking the meet record (5.4) of Russ Frye and Mike Blair with a time of 5.3. Eric won the state meet leading the field with an automatic time of 5.60. He also place 5th in the new England Track Meet. Matt Dessert place 6th in the Class Meet and Simba Chidzero placed 6th in the high jump.

Classical Dominates
The Townies' lost to a strong Classical team. Matt Dessert won the 600 with a time of 1.34.3.

Our lone champion of the night was Dean Pimental with a shot put distance of
36'4 1/2".

Townies' split
The boys split Monday night beating Mt Pleasant 57-43 and losing to Mt Hope 55-40.Winners in their event include Matt Phillips in the shot, David Valley in the weight throw, Simba Chidzero high jumping,(5'6"), Sam Lovett in the 3000,(11.23.5) and Matt Desert in the 600,(1.27.3).

Townies' season kicks into gear
The Boys Indoor Track team was defeated in their first meet of the season by both Barrington and LaSalle. David Valley won the weight event with a throw of 44'10 1/2 ". Simba Chidzero high jumped 5'6" to win that event.
